Any Recommendations: nj Engagement Party Venue

What part of NJ? What's your approximate budget? Also, try using the weddingwire venue search tab. It's mostly for wedding venues, but some might be suited for an engagement party. I've only ever been to ones at people's homes, but 100 is a lot of bigger than most engagement parties I've attended. Another option is maybe restaurants that have a private room.

Where to go depends a lot on where you are in the state. You’ll probably need to rent a hall or go to a restaurant. Check with places down the shore, since the off season is starting. You could get a good deal at a nice restaurant. If you’re looking for something a little more low key, there’s tons of halls to rent. I’m in South Jersey, and I know that there’s fire halls, American Legion and VFW’s all over that will rent space out. If you choose to do that, you can either have it catered or do everything yourself. With an engagement party you can’t really go wrong.
