Any Sturbridge Host Hotel Brides?

We are just about decided to have our wedding ceremony and reception at the Sturbridge Host because of the all inclusive pricing (no headaches trying to figure out total cost after taxes and fees) but we’re being pressured to have our wedding in the atrium which forces us to end the party at 9 pm rather than the Junior Ballroom that we want, which allows for the party to end whenever. The sales manager is also disorganized when it comes to emails. She’s lovely in person but we’re constantly having to send follow up emails along the lines of hey did you get this change and that change as per out previous email because she doesn’t respond to them. Is this a case of you get what you pay for? Should we look at other inns and hotels in Sturbridge?
