Anybody use Staples/Office Depot/Office Max for printing?

Resa, on September 30, 2010 at 12:11 PM Posted in Planning 0 5

Just wondering if anybody printed wedding-related stuff through Office Max or Stables or Office Depot, and if so, how was your experience and how much did it cost? I just had a disappointing experience with Kinko's/Fedex, and I'm looking to find an alternative without spending too much money. Any advice would be welcome!

Yes. I used Kinkos/Fed Ex to print my save-the-date cards. They came out great. I think I spent $35 bucks including the paper cutting. The key to these places is printing two images on one sheet of paper. My save-the-date cards were printed that way. They charge per sheet and extra for color.

I am also using Office Depot to print my seating chart and the verbal quote was $19 for an 18 x 22 in color and foam mounted.

I used Kinko's/FedEx, I had a wonderful outcome. As with any business each location is different.

I used Kinko's/FedEx for my accommodation cards I put in with my STDs. They turned out great!! I plan on using them as well to print my invitations as well.

I honestly think that if you don't have the money for a professional printing service that Kinko's/FedEx or something else is a great way to compromise.

Hi there.. at the last min I decided I wnted programs. So after making mine up in Word and printing it out as well I went to staples with both the Word file on a thumb drive and the print copy and got a quote. Orig. i wanted our wedding colors incorporated but deciced against it because THAT was crazy expensive, they informed me that even ONE letter or word in color would be like $100 more. So I chose ivory (dress color) 32lb paper and the total cost was just under $50 for 125 and that included a folding charge (they were tri fold programs). Totally worth it!
