Anyone do a Bachelorette Party after the wedding??

Honestly, if you want to hang out with your friends before or after go on ahead and plan it. I would just tell my friends im planning a girl's get away or girl's night, spa day etc for after the wedding. After awhile i tire of all the "etiquette" rules. As long as you aren't asking your party to spend money they don't have or making them feel guilty for not throwing you a bachelorette party beforehand, i say go for it

I literally went to one last weekend. It was a ton of fun. We poked fun of the bride once or twice for her 'not-a-bach' party. But it just worked out so much better to do it after so everyone could come. Not one person there cared.

Plan a fun girls weekend instead of a bachelorette party!!

Some of these replies would be funny if they weren't so awful! "If no one want's to plan it for you, you don't get one." This puts so much pressure on your friends....

Plan your own party! Do it after the wedding! Call it a bachelorette anyway! Or have one of the many bach planning services plan it for you! Literally who is going to stop you doing what you would like best?
