Anyone else feel hideous in their wedding dress?

I am a plus-sized bride and that is among one of my deepest regrets. I always though I would get my act together and get skinny for my wedding, but it ain't happening. I have to accept that and focus on all the other good things that will be happening at my wedding.

I also want you to know that you are beautiful and your issues are only yours. No one else would think such negative thoughts about you, especially on your best day ever. You chose a gorgeous gown that fits you like a glove. Your figure is classically lovely and you should lift your head high and work your magic. Your FH loves you for who you are and you should treat yourself the way he would-- respect, tenderness, and love.

I so wanted to cry when I opened your link and saw you in the gown because you can't see how beautiful you look in it. I couldn't possibly add anything more to the wonderful things the other ladies have said except to commend you on seeking help and to say that I think you look beautiful and so will your husband to be, I'd bet my bottom dollar of that.

You look amazing. Youre suffering from anxiety. Just know everything will be fine and your FH will love you in the dress.

Woman! omg are u crazy you look amazing I love it.. and you look happy too. have you tried any corsets? I think it is low self esteem that's got u feeling this way. here's a practice I do sometimes. You'll feel silly at first: look in the mirror or not If u like and say "you're are beautifull smart amazing and deserve nothing but the best" self talk helps. be your own best friend not worst enemy. remember that hun

I hated my dress and had doubts on it the entire year leading up to the wedding. I finally did a hair and makeup trial and tried on the dress and I loved it.
