Anyone know anything about Lake Mirror + Peggy Brown Building in Lakeland?

There is little to no information or email contacts for info. about getting married on Lake Mirror and what is/is not provided if you have a reception at the Peggy Brown Building. Anyone getting married or has gotten married at these locations can shed some light on pricing and what they get?

From searching online, it appears that the Peggy Brown Building is rented through the City of Lakeland. Unfortunately at the moment, the website link for the park & recreation website is not working, however, there is a contact number you could try.
