Anyone know where to rent Outdoor/Patio furniture??

Samantha, on September 18, 2017 at 10:11 PM Posted in Style and Décor 0 9

I've been looking everywhere! I am getting married in the Madison, WI area and I cannot find anywhere that rents outdoor furniture. I have found two places that rent regular furniture (I plan on using a few vintage couches/chairs outside), but they are really expensive, like $250 to rent a single couch. I'm planning on a backyard wedding with live music and bonfires. Some comfy seating would be wonderful.

Any ideas??

Event rental companies are where you need to look. Try looking on the vendor tab here on WW for companies in your area. In my search I have noticed that it is pricey as you have seen.

You might be able to buy used stuff cheaper on Craigslist or Facebook marketplace.

Maybe hit up garage sales or thrift stores. Might be cheaper to buy from there instead of renting.

Where are you renting your tent, portapotties, dance floor, linens, dishes and everything else from? They could help.

I have no experience in this.... but, does Rent a Center allow you to do daily rentals?

We are renting a sofa, 2 chairs, an ottoman bench and a rug for just over $600.

    The sofa is $250.

I would check goodwill or local thrift stores since you have plenty of time to really shop around. You would probably have to find someone to haul them to your wedding location and pick them up...but it would save a good bit of money. You can always donate them back to the thrift store or sell at a garage sale once the wedding is over.

I googled furniture rentals in my area and was shocked to find a bunch of places. You might be able to find something in your area.
