Anyone not drink beer or wine?

The venues we are looking at are specifically not all-inclusive because we don't want to pay a $10k + minimum just for food and beverages. The venues say we can purchase our own alcohol as long as we provide a licensed bartending team.

My SIL does not drink so she had sparkling grape juice for her toast. Her guests were also not big wine or beer people so she bought hard cider instead (bonus, it is gluten free so her mother could drink it). My wedding we are doing anlimited bar with coffee and hot cocoa on the side as well (afternoon winter wedding). You can get creative with your drink options, so long as it is still affordable for you.
