Anyone not having a Bridal Shower?

I’m not but this is my second wedding. I won’t be having quite a bit of the traditional wedding traditions. I say if you don’t it’s no big deal but there is time to squeeze one in if you want one.

I probably won't, nobody in my circle is financially stable to afford a party or good gifts. I'm kinda bummed because I wanted a celebration (and I didn't have an engagement party either) but oh well. Maybe I can just do dinner with a few people instead.

I'm not having one. It's my first wedding, but I've owned a home for 7 years (rental now) and we live together. I don't want one - to me, it's just a waste of money for all involved. I'm also very non-traditional in general.

I’m not having one either. First wedding but we already have everything we need and everyone has to travel for the wedding so just trying to cut some costs for our guests

I’m not. Most of our guest are out of state. Both my mom and best friend offered to host a shower for me, but I turned them down. It just felt wrong to ask guests to travel twice.

I will not be having one. No one offered to throw me one 😢
