Anyone NOT having a honeymoon?

Me and FH are currently trying to save money to buy our own place. We live with his parents right now to help with the situation, too. We also have our 4 month old and feel really bad about leaving him. At our wedding he'll be almost 7 months which isn't much better. We get our wedding night but...

We have a number of factors that make a honeymoon unavailable at this time. I understand your take on kids. We have a 2 month old that I bf as well as 3 other kids. Plus we live in Houston but all my family is in Maryland so we are bringing our wedding to them. We decided when we get back home we might get a hotel for a weekend at the beach or something. Or a hotel for a night right after the wedding. Then later on do a honeymoon. Chuwana posted a great deal for ATLANTIS. Even if we go we will take our kids because thats something fun for them too. We will just get 2 rooms :-)

We are planning our honeymoon for January of next year. We have to travel for our wedding VA to MI. To really enjoy our honeymoon it is better for us to take a seprate vacation at a later date, since we want to go to Hawaii.

I would have rather eloped and a hugh party and went to Hawaii. But no the FH said it was either a wedding or nothing!!! Gosh we have been together 19 years why do we need a dang wedding??!! URGGGGG
