Anyone sending celebrity invites out??

I actually want to do this, but not sure how ...

I've never heard of this...what's the purpose??

You just send it to disney and address to minnie,daffy,cinderella etc...some people send to president and even oprah

@yardiegirl...they will send you a congrats letter or buttons pin will come from disney

I heard that if you send one to the president they will send you something back

http://www.fanmail.biz/ is the celebrity address "database." I should think that most things get processed through their agent or publicist. You can search by name or by category. search for your favorite actor or singer. Try it and see what happens....

There's a website [i thought i saved it to my favorites, but i guess not] that has a TON of celebrities & their addresses. i'm sure one of the other brides has it. i really want to do this if i have enough invites left to spare :]

You can send an invite to any celebrity or fun animated character you can think of. SOME send a congrats or a small gift such as a button..But not all. Especially celebrities. Some do it for keepsake; others find it to be a waste of time/money. You just have to do your research Google and see if someone has actually gotten a letter or a small gift from someone..I mean you are spending your own money and don't want to end up super disappointed when Opera does not reply. Good luck!

I sent an invite to Keith Richards. I figured since he lives in Conneticut and the wedding was in Vermont, he would come and hang out. Sadly, he didn't show. I guess it is a good thing. We only had 2 1.75 liters of Jack Daniels.

Maybe to the Pope. I heard Pope John Paul used to send something but Benedict doesn't send anything in return though.

I will be inviting one semi-celebrity, but that's because FI's cousin is dating her.

I am sending one to Vin Diesel, only because my daughter and I joke that he is my "husband", therefore I want him to see what he turned down and is missing....LOL

I am doing it to Mickey and Minnie and Cinderella. I have the address in my notebook. When I come bac from dropping my son from school I edit and write it down. I don't mind. it would be awesome if Cinderella comes with her prince as my theme in Cnderella. The bottom is an example what Cinderella send.

I think it is a great idea to invite celebrities....you just never know. And besides it is no different than "having to" invite your moms bosses daughters sons gf....lol

I'd send one to the Dalai Lama...and now I just might do that!
