Anyone Wearing Anything Special for Their Rehearsal Dinner?

I've only been to one rehearsal dinner
And the bride wore a beautiful lace white dress, it wasn't super formal but it wasn't super causal. I'll probably wear some sort of lace white dress, since we are doing a rehearsal lunch and not dinner.

It depends on where you’re having rehearsal dinner. If it’s a really nice place I would dress up
If it’s more casual then a cute sun dress would be pretty! And I know most brides wear white but I wore my red traditional Vietnamese dress for my rehearsal dinner.

We are having our rehearsal at the venue the day before. I am thinking about wearing my mom's wedding dress and just taking out the shoulder pads (lol, she forgot if had 90's shoulder pads until we looked at it recently). It is a dark cream color, some lace details, tea length, and can be easily dressed down a little.

Thank you! We figured that way, everyone could get whatever they wanted to eat, and it fit our history (one of the reasons we started talking to each other was music - rock n' roll guitarists, specifically!) Plus, I bought a little pin from the gift shop - a little souvenir from our rehearsal dinner!

I'll be wearing a white Adrianna Papell cocktail dress (our rehearsal dinner is in a fancy restaurant). You can wear anything you want as long as it matches the formality of your event, i.e. don't wear jeans to a fancy restaurant and don't wear a beaded cocktail dress to a backyard BBQ. It's fine to wear something you already have if you like it and it fits with the vibe of your rehearsal dinner!
