Unfortunately we have to wait 72 hours to actually pick it up (stupid NJ) but we applied, and I still can’t believe this is ACTUALLY HAPPENING! Featuring some candids that my mom took of us in the parking lot afterwards! 😁

    Exciting! The day we got our marriage license was the giddiest I've ever seen my husband! We applied and got ours in the same day since we did marriage counseling. It was the best, we even went to lunch afterwards! But when we got back in the car, we just couldn't believe it, we kept saying "Florida said we could!" lol! Very fun moment, almost as fun as actually becoming his wife!

    Yay!!! That was such a fun day! FH took a surprise day off work to go get ours so we got an impromptu date day while the kiddos were in school. Smiley heart Congratulations! It's getting so close!!!

    It really is! We can't pick it up until Monday because NJ makes you wait 72 hours haha, but I can't wait to actually have it!

    We just filed for ours on Wednesday!

    We also have a 3 day waiting period in Pennsylvania but if you file on on Wednesday, Thursday or Friday you can't pick it up until the following Monday.

    I am so excited! But I am bummed that we can't pick it up together because I have to work Smiley cry

    Here was our after photo! It just so happened that the courthouse was in the same area as our engagement spot so we walked down to the dock we got engaged at for this photo ❤️
