So far it’s been really easy planning- our photographer and officiant are friends, I found the florist through a fb quiz believe it or not, and I said yes to my dress the same day my Fh said yes to the dj! And Things Remembered was closing recently so we were able to get our wedding party really nice gifts for 1/3 of what they would typically cost! And linens and catering is part of our venue

Oh wow! You really have had it easy! That's awesome. I'm sure you were able to get some great gifts from Things Remembered. I'm getting married in Long Island, NY. My officiant is my uncle, we booked the DJ last week, linens, catering, and liquor is also provided with my venue! I have my first dress appointment at Kleinfeld's in two weeks and our appointment with the florist is in May. So, it's coming along. I really want to enjoy this process and stress as less as possible.

April 18th for me too! And just selected our venue in wine country! So happy!

Date twins! April 18, 2020 as well! The day before my birthday, haha.

We have both venues, photographer, HMUAs, videographer, officiant, and DJ booked. Just have to book the caterer. I did my bridesmaid proposal boxes and distributed those already. Have our STDs that I am going to send out sometime this month. Got my dress back in March and will start fittings in July.

April 4th 2020 in Norfolk, VA!

04/04/2020!! I have secured my venue. That's it lol. People have been trying to convince me that I an working too early so I am taking a break on planning.

I am too! The same day as you! I am so worried about it now though. Is anyone here canceling or postponing their wedding becuase of the virus?

View Quoted Comment We just rescheduled our 4/4 wedding to 9/26, New York mandated canceling all events of 50+ people. Luckily every single one of our vendors has been incredibly accommodating and made what I thought would be a nightmare pretty easy! Good luck and stay healthy!
