The cake-cutting is a classic wedding tradition and standard photo opportunity! The symbolism is pretty sweet - it’s the first activity you do together as a couple, and feeding each other a small bite symbolizes your commitment to providing and caring for one another. But cutting the cake can become pretty complicated (which tier?!), and not everyone wants pictures of themselves chowing down on dessert!

    Keeping it! But absolutely no cake on the face, it is SO overdone and just weird at this point. More than likely we will not have a traditional cake, either.
