Are you ditching the traditional wedding party?

Are you saying goodbye to the old traditional wedding party? Or are you mixing it up with uneven sides, two MOHs (or none), or skipping the flower girl and ring bearer? Are you sticking with or ditching the traditional wedding party make-up?

We are having a traditional wedding, mainly because I am way to anal to have an uneven bridal party. It would drive me crazy not having it even on both sides, but I love when others have a non-traditional wedding!

Untraditional as of right now we have even sides 4 on each but could change depending on out of state family. We also have our dogs being the ring bearers walking down with our 9 yr old & a family friend

I’m having a man of honor and my mother is a bridesmaid. My mother and I are extremely close and I can’t imagine not having her with the rest of my friends 💕

I'm not having a flower girl or ring bearer at my wedding, since we are not having kids. We have a small amount of bridesmaids and groomsmen. My fiance is even asking his grandfather to be his best man, I would say we are leaning away from traditional.

Ditched it! Destination wedding in Canada = most people we know and love can't afford to come. But it's ok, they will be at our awesome reception back home. (I would feel bad making people fork over money for airline tickets and dresses...)

Yes, I’m definitely ditching this tradition. Less stress and I could never pick among my friends like that.

    Mostly traditional.

I will have a matron of honor, a maid of honor, and 2 bridesmaids. He will have a best man and 3 groomsmen.

We will not have any flower girls or ring bearers

I'd actually love to have a bridal party but only because it looks good in photos (I'm shallow).

But I'm not doing one because we are older and my friends are professional women with kids and careers - it feels like an added expense for everyone and no one ever seems to enjoy it. Inevitably, someone will get hurt, too!

So, I'm having a MOH, and skipping the rest of it and inviting the ladies to bridal suite beforehand anyway Smiley smile

We are skipping this one and just having our two signing witnesses stand at our sides.

I don’t think we’ll have a ring bearer or a flower girl. One maid of honor, 3 bridesmaids, 2 best men, & 3 groomsmen.
