Are you ditching the veil?

Definitely keeping. I decided on a cathedral length veil and it's everything. I'm obsessed! I think veils just complete the whole bridal look.

I’m skipping the veil and opting for a silver flowery tiara/headband. I’m probably gonna be warm with an outside wedding so the less fabric I can have on me, the better!

99% sure no veil. My ceremony is outside and I don't want it to get dirty. My dress comes with a matching cathedral veil that's beautiful but it's $350! I have found one on Poshmark for $125 but it's altered and I don't want to deal with re-selling it if it's too short (no returns on Poshmark). Maybe if DB puts it on sale, I will buy it.

I've also always envisioned myself in a tiara or romantic, sparkly headpiece so I'm not attached to it.

I'm keeping this one too! Got a fingertip veil with beading that matches my dress.

This is my second wedding so I opted to ditch the veil. I am still deciding on what piece to have in my hair. I cannot decide if i want a headband or a pretty sparkly headpiece in the back.

I will be wearing a veil, although I haven't purchased it yet ( I have time) I am thinking cathedral with small crystals to make It shimmer, although that may change when I get to start trying them on with the dress

I’m ditching

Veils are traditionally from arranged marriages. My husband came from a cult where arranged marriages are still practiced. This is a culture where their leader is in jail for having children with children. And this leader has torn apart more families than the government did with this culture in the 50’s. Most of my husband’s family did not attend our wedding, because it wasn’t arranged by their spiritual leader didn’t arrange our marriage. We did not follow any arranged marriage traditions.
