Kinda sorta mine. I was born and raised here in WA state, my FH was born and raised in FL. We are getting married about 30 minutes from where we currently live in WA state.

My hometown. We didn’t want to get married in the town we met. And we decided that we would have another wedding celebration in Mexico, where his grandma, aunts and uncles lives. Plus we both live closer to my hometown which makes planning a lot easier.

We are getting married 10 minutes away from our hometown! We are getting married in Baton Rouge La! We figure it would be closer for most of our relatives plus the venue really caught my eye!

Nay! We chose a different location. We both live in Las Vegas but we ended up deciding on a venue in Fresno, CA. For us, personally, it just seemed too cliche to get married in Las Vegas cause it happens ALL THE TIME! I'm originally from CA so it's nice to go back for a bit.

Although I've never really spent time in Fresno so it would be nice to roam around a new city. My fiance from the beginning never really cared where we ended up getting married anyway, as long as it wasn't Las Vegas lol

It would be almost impossible to have our wedding in any of our hometown. We decided on a destination wedding.

Nay! We just looked for venues near our area. We are getting married 25 or so mins from our place. It was more about the venue for us.

My hometown Akron, Ohio. It will be a vow renewal ceremony to celebrate 10 years of marriage with my husband. We never had a real wedding so I'm excited like I'm getting married for the first time.

Hello!! I am getting married at the West Windsor Ball Room in East Windsor NJ. I am so excited! Our wedding date is 8-21-21 So, being that Jersey is my hometown... I guess the answer would be yes!

Nope. My family lives in San Antonio and my fiancé's family is scattered throughout Texas and in Colorado. We live in Temple TX and decided on the small town of Salado about 15 minutes away from us.

Def not getting married in my home town. Would have to provide bullet proof vests as wedding favors. 😳😅 We went with a place in our second home, the Adirondacks. It was perfect and we knew it immediately! 😍

We are getting married 15mins away from his hometown in the beautiful Monterey. I absolutely fell in love with the Memory Gardens so we are hoping to reserve that venue for our special day.

Nay! We chose a bigger town to have access to more vendors, and it's only an hour away from where we live and grew up. It's also about halfway between us and where most of his family lives.
