Are you going to post your wedding pics on FB??

So I've been debating, I know people who do and don't. I'll post at least a couple, but I haven't decided if I want to post an entire album of all my wedding pics yet. I've see people who do and who don't. What is your plan??

I am! I hate it when people get married and don't share pics! I mean, it's obviously their choice but I love seeing the pics! Plus, I'm paying a LOT for these pictures and it's the best I'll ever look, I want people to see them!

We got 750 pictures from our photographer and we emailed the link to everyone who attended and a few out of town friends who were not able to attend. A few of my friends posted some pictures on FB here and there and I am using one that our friend took as my profile pic at the moment. DH rarely goes on FB but he said he'd like to choose around 15 favorite pro pics to post. Incidentally Shutterfly just had a sale -- 101 free 4 x 6 prints and one free 16x 20. I got a picture of both of our families together for the 16 x 20 (that's currently my cover photo on FB) but it looks rather huge on the wall of our small apartment. Oh well. Hopefully people won't think we're complete narcissists. At less the photo has 12 people in it, not just the two of us. Smiley smile

I posted a whole album to Facebook, after letting the photos be exclusive to family and wedding party members for a few weeks. I moved across the country from all my friends half a year ago, and a lot of my extended family couldn't travel all the way to the wedding (especially the half that lives in Austria), so Facebook was a good way to get the photos out to a lot of people. We omitted some photos that we didn't like. I should add that my Facebook privacy settings are strict--I have all my friends sorted into groups, and only certain groups get to see each post/album. We're keeping our homemade wedding video completely private. The ceremony felt intimate and sacred, so we don't want people who weren't there to be able to see it, except my grandmother.

Most of our friends are still in the military and can't make it so we are streaming our wedding for them so posting, not sure, but maybe a few pics, but streaming just to friends and family that can't be there

I love looking at other peoples' wedding photo albums! Personally I would only post a few, but part of the agreement for our photographer is that she can use our photos to build her portfolio. So I assume she will be posting lots of them on Facebook.

Probably not right away- but it wouldn't surprise me if some of our guests do...
