I started in late December. I lost 7 pounds, then went away for my bachelorette and came back with tendinitis as a souvenir. I gained it all back and I haven't been able to work out as much with the aircast, but I'm still trying!

Hi! Yes I am sweating for the wedding! I need to do it regardless but the wedding and dress definitely gave me the motivation that I needed! I have a coach as I work out a lot so she helps with food and weight training! I eat lean protein, carbs (because they aren’t bad for you!) and of course veggies. A good rule of thumb is half plate veggies. Also remember that strength training burns more calories than cardio alone. Cardio burns calories while doing it while as weight lifting actually continues to burn calories for hours after you’re done working out! Best of luck to you and everyone sweating for the wedding! Let’s support each other!

I will be starting a toning workout at home and eating better once I set my date giving me about a year and 3 months!
