Arizona BYOB Venue search

Kristyn, on July 30, 2017 at 1:35 AM Posted in Arizona Planning 0 21

Hello everyone!

I am in search of a venue that allows byob in Arizona! Having a hard time with this and would love suggestions. Looking to have 100-150 people in early March of 19'. If anyone know of a venue that allows that, and has an all inclusive package that would be FANTASTIC! ??

Thanks for your time and help!

You're probably not going to find that, as that is a huge liability on the venue. An all-inclusive package typically means you use their bar service, as they have a liquor license and insurance, and will supply licensed bartenders.

I found a couple that you have to pay for their bar service, that does allow you to BYOB. Other than that it wasn't a bad price.

    You're having a hard time for a reason. It's a massive liability issue (re-read Catti Labelle's post).

The Secret Garden in Phoenix! They have a licensed professional bartending staff with their in-house caterers that will serve everything, but they make you purchase and bring in all the alcohol ahead of time. They also have all inclusive packages.

If you truly mean BYOB, as in you get to serve it yourself, then you won't find that as that's a liability. You at least need a licensed bartender to serve it.

Thank you all for the quick responses! I am looking everywhere around az not very picky one that part. I am totally okay with paying for a liscenced bartender, really looking just to provide the alcohol to the venue. From what I've been told it make a tremendous difference, since most are charging $7-$13 a drink! ?? Our family's are heaving drinkers and I can not fathom spending crazy amounts on just that.

Regency Garden I know does that. We toured it, but we just couldn't make it work with our budget and it was just too far. I believe it was $10 per person. But it's in Mesa, not Phoenix. An absolutely beautiful venue, though! And the girls who run it are so sweet.

Whispering Tree Ranch holds at Max 125 people. You bring the booze and they supply the bartender. Absolutely no self serve allowed. You can have 2 hard liquor options and a variety of beer and wine. They have a website, just do a Google search. It's in Laveen. I'm getting married there in October. ETA: the package includes DJ, cake, bartender, some great table decor options, and food. You can also upgrade to mismatched china, cloth napkins and silverware for a small fee. You have to coordinate flowers, photographer, officiant, booze and sodas for the buckets that are out for people to take from. Mixers and bottled water is included.

There were a few, Recency Garden in Mesa, $10 per person, and I think the falls event center in Gilber was another.

The Paseo in Apache Junction does what you are looking for. And do not let it being in Apache Junction fool you, it is truly beautiful!

You just pay like $3.50/person for the mixers and service, then you provide the alcohol. Only restriction is they will not allow shots. However, if you are looking for a weekend date, they may already be booked for March 2019. Worth checking.

We chose Buttes at Reflections in Tucson, Arizona! We are getting married in June 2019 and they allow payment plans and so much is already included in the price! BYOB is one thing they offer and will even sign for the liquor prior to the wedding.

My venue is the Landmark Event Center in Casa Grande. It's really cute inside and can seat up to 150 ppl. But dining can either be all outside or half inside. They have a misting system outside. BYOB and no catering restrictions. It's basically a private party type of place.

Not sure if you are in Tucson but there are several actually from the venues I went to. As mentioned above, Glover Ranch, Reflections at the Buttes and Z Mansion. 242 Park Avenue, Star Dance, Rincon Creek Ranch and Saguaro Buttes all are BYOB as well.

    Hi there!

My venue is Aldea at the Landmark in Mesa and they are wonderful! They have all-inclusive packages but you can pick and choose which things you want and they credit you back anything you don't want from them. I chose to BYOB rather then using their liquor because I wanted different options then what they offered, but they are still providing the bartender, cups, ice, and non-perishable mixers and garnishes.

They have 2 other properties that also have all-inclusive packages Aldea at Tlaquepaque and Tercero bu Aldea. If you haven't found anything yet I highly recommend you check them out!
