Armpit boob...yikes!!!

Tattiana, on February 18, 2012 at 10:20 AM Posted in Fitness and Health 0 10

Ok ladies how do I get rid of this gross "displaced fat" that we call armpit boob? any tips and tricks THAT WORK because I know some woman who work out regularly and still have it. It's so frustrating because it's only on my left side.

Thanks

In terms of dropping weight...I honestly do not want to get any smaller. I'm 5 ft 7 and wear a size 4-6.

My left breast is shaped a bit diff than my right one. That's what is causing the extra boobage in the pits. (breast exam is normal) But honestly my girls aren't that big at all 34c....it's just frustrating that I have this issue

Thanks for all the tips

I will try the push ups

Push ups....I hate them, but they work...or you can use free weights and do flys.

Diet and cardio. No weight movement will help you get rid of it. You are genetically dispositioned to store fat in certain areas. You cannot spot reduce fat so you just have to drop the body fat until it goes away if it bothers you.

The best thing to do is to just wear well-fitting clothes that don't pinch in that area.

Diet and cardio. HOWEVER. Weights won't get rid of it, but they can help tone certain areas and reduce the pinchable surface. Smiley smile Lat pulls, flys, pushups, and standing presses might help.

BTW I worked in retail for years and I dressed models for fashion shows. Models have that ish too. They're just so small all around that sample sizes hang on them and don't pinch their pinchable spots. Smiley smile So don't be too hard on yourself.

Also - it's only on your left side???? Have you had a breast exam lately???? Please just check and make sure that's not a swollen gland or a mass or something. I don't know if that's normal to have something noticeable like that on only one side. It's normal to have one boob bigger than the other, I'm just not sure about the actual armpit. Not to be paranoid. Just sayin'.

Look at the bright side. At least you have boobs. My girls are so small it is impossible to even get the smallest form of cleavage out of them. : (

Professional bra fitting would probably help and explain to them what style dress you are planning on wearing or when you get a dress see what the people at the bridal boutique say. It is actually quite common that one breast is larger than the other and is usually nothing to worry about everyone is made differently.
