Wedding wire has a room block site but I found it isn't the best if your wedding is over a year out because they all came back unavailable. Instead, I just looked up hotels that I liked close to my venue and emailed them personally. Only 1 out of the 5 told me that I had to wait until I was a year out. All the rest sent me proposals. Hope that helps!

Hi guys. I wanted an October wedding too but moved to August because of hurricane season. FH wanted it sooner but it rains a lot in April, May and for June and July its hot. August is hot too but the lesser of both evil.
