Attention everyone on BIRTH CONTOL, especially Nuvaring!

If you didn't already see my other post, today I found out that I am pregnant. This was quite a shock because I have been on Nuvaring for almost 2 years. I went to the Doctor's to get checked out a lump that I found on my breast and I got the news. I was so shocked I wasn't sure if I should be angry or happy. I just want anyone on Nuvaring to be careful and either switch BC or use 2 forms of contraception. Everyone else, please research research research before choosing a BC.

I used it and it was fine for birth control but I lost the ability to orgasm! As soon as I removed it, bam! Back in business lol

I've been using the pull out and pray method for almost 4 years. Thank God it's worked.

A friend of my had the ring..ummm.....quote "come out like a party favor!!!" during the act....lol. Very funny story..lol

When I was 19 I was surprised to discover I was prego when I was on the pill. Apparently I had missed the memo that antibiotics can void out your birth control!! 10 years later I have a lovely little girl to prove it!

My sister got pregnant on the ring and I also use it, but we also use condoms my sister didn't. my doctor told me that the ring doesn't alway work because most people don't use it right i make sure to follow the directions down to every detail.
