Hi, I am getting married August 15,2020 at Bill Miller’s Castle in Branford CT. I have a lot of things booked already but need help with two things: a hotel close to the venue that has a bar for an after party. I have searched and have found nothing close with a bar/restaurant. Any ideas would be great!!

Also, on a hunt for hair and makeup people to come to the venue the day of the wedding to do my hair and makeup as well as my bridal party’s. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!

I checked out the WeddingWire local venue directory, and found some hotel and restaurant venues in New Haven which could work for your after party. Have you checked any of these out already?

Sadly, there really isnt much for hotels nearby in branford. I grew u and currently live in the area and there are not many options. if youde be willing to have guests commute a little, the omni hotel in new haven works!

I decided on allure traveling beauty that travels throughout CT! My vendors also highly recommended all dolled up and simply gorgeous by Erin that both travel all over CT! Good luck ☺️

Hi! I was a bridesmaid in a wedding last year at Bill Miller's. I loved the venue and the food. My friend blocked hotels in Downtown New Haven (the Marriott and the New Haven Hotel) and had a shuttle. She wanted to have an after party as well. I found the makeup and hair artist for her. We used http://www.bellenoellebeauty.com/the-glam-squad.html and they came to the venue. The getting ready area is amazing! Enjoy!

Check out the Hilton Garden Inn in Milford. They also provide a shuttle for a small fee to bring you and your guests back to the hotel! And they offer an extended bar
