Hi my fellow brides these days have been crazy. I know it’s a whole lot to take in and super stressful. Our wedding is scheduled for 8/9/2020 and we’ve decided to resume our planning as schedule especially since our venue only foresees us getting married as planned. But it has not been easy and I’m experiencing a lot of mixed emotion about our wedding. I’m curious to know how everyone else are taking this in. Especially those getting married in August and September. I would love to know how you all are handling the situation I feel somewhat alone in this mess.😣

LA bride over here and we postponed our 8/01/2020 wedding to summer 2021. It was hard pill to swallow at first, but after we decided all of my anxiety and stress just melted away. The amount of stress and the chance of one of our older guests or any guests getting sick isn't worth it to us. Also, missing out on all the experiences (bridal and bachelorette parties) with my friends and family is something I want to enjoy and not force any of my friends and family to do. We will be married our entires lives -- another year won't hurt. Sorry you're going through this too! Hope you can find some peace of mind.

Yes we are looking to postpone. I just don't feel good about keeping it this September. I think we are going to get married on our original date and move everything to next year (wearing my dress, bridal party, etc.)
