Austin, tx Mini-moon

FH a and I booked our mini-moon in Austin today, we are so excited!
That being said, does anyone have any fun ideas of things to do in Austin? We were told we have to float the river, but we are open to anything! Any restaurants, stores, etc. that we MUST visit? Neither of us have ever been 😊

I LOVE Austin! We went to the Hill Country a few years ago and it was the best time ever. I recommend Salt Lick BBQ for lunch (seriously some of the best bbq ever). It is about a 30 min drive to get there but the scenery is beautiful. If you like wine, their wineries are great too.

You have to eat at Tacodeli! Jo's Coffee has good breakfast as well, and that's where the famous "i love you so much" sign is. Walk down South Congress for cute boutiques and restaurants. 6th Street of course, if you like to go out at night. Rainey street is more of my vibe for going out. Its full of basically houses that have been renovated into bars. So so cute!!
