Average Cost of Wedding per State

Laura, on May 29, 2019 at 12:55 AM Posted in Planning 0 99

Hey everyone! I saw this article on FB about the average cost of a wedding by state. Not really sure how this data was collected, but it was interesting. Are you above or below the average? I’m definitely above (Louisiana)... check it out!

I'm quite a bit below the Illinois average. But I highly appreciate that photo.

It's nice to know that we are significantly below the average NY wedding. This is a pretty interesting article. Thanks for sharing!

Interesting! These reports don’t usually include the engagement ring or honeymoon so they?

I think we'll be about $32000 below New Jersey's average! It's too crazy.

This one is interesting... I'd be interested to see per city/metropolitan. Nashville average cost of wedding is 3times as high as the state average. Ugh!

It does not surprise me in the least that Jersey is one of the highest. Cost of living is ridiculous here 🤦🏻‍♀️
