I have NO idea how much to budget towards flowers??

I am planning a blush/greenery wedding so I would love the flowers to be the main aspect of the wedding with big unruly bouquets and the main aspect of the tablescape to be flowers whether it be a garland if we have longer tables or circular if we end up with round tables.

I would also need 7 bridesmaids bouquets and a bridal bouquet which I plan to reuse at the top table. Also we would want to do both corners of our wedding arch.

I have attached photos to help put images to words, but still stumped on the cost.

Garland is expensive. $3-4000++ depending on your area.

My flowers and decor were super similar as well as numbers needed for bridal party.. my bridal party and family flowers were about 1200...wreath, aisle decor and entry arrangement about 500 and reception decor including 30 ft garland was about 800....I only had 8 tables besides the head table and cut costs there by doing really simple greenery around lanterns and votive candies so all in fir about 2500.... my original quote was 4000 for what I wanted so I had to simplify and swap out some flowers to fit my budget. Still turned out beautiful!

Sorry for the double post.:figure I'll edit to make it at least say something helpful. My garland inspnpic was the one you have too--what I did cost around $20 per foot.:that pic can cost up to $50-60 per foot. Just FYI. Those blooms are pricey and require little water tubes placed in them. We went with blooms that wouldn't wilt as much to skip the water tubes and saved a bunch.

Mine is the same. The one saving thing you have is all of the greenery. It's not typically too expensive. My flowers are less than $3,000 and that's the best quote I got. I'd expect to spend over $3,000.

I'm just going to tell you this was very similar to my original ideas- lots of greenery and floral garland. Got quoted $7,000. Promptly scaled back by 75%.

Definitely go over your vision with a florist. Keep in mind that depending on the area, the florist can be costly. My vision was originally to go BIG, bold, and sparkly, until I got a quote of over $3000 to do so. If anything, be willing to compromise on some of the things you think is "important" now. There are so many alternatives to what kind of flowers you can add that will help keep your cost down. In scaling back I went from a quote of $3000, down to $515 not including delivery and set-up.

You're going to want to budget a few grand. All im doing is a bouquet and 7 bridesmaids bouquets, 7 boutineers for groomsmam, 2 for dads, and 2 corsages for moms and each florist quoted me 1500.....that's not including the greenery we are getting from sams club for the tables. sams club greenery is super cheap, 25 feet for 100 bucks pretty much...getting it at a florist would be 25 bucks per foot

@Rachael I'm getting married in Shelter Island, NY so I imagine costs are slightly higher as most things will have to be imported from East Hamptons

    Hello,

My wedding is blush, navy blue and gold. My venue is on a farm and my florals are being provided by the venue as a service. I am doing lots of greenery, roses (cream and pink), hydrangeas, peonies and tons and tons of babys breath. I even have a garland. My BM bouquets are simiple baby's breath and so are the boutineers. My cost was just under $1,000. Greenery and babys breath are inexpensive options. I also have two different center pieces for my tables so that it is a little cheaper.

Mine are $3500 (and I think I have less probably then you overall) - I would say budget at least that. You have a lot going on in those pictures, and if you want the floral decor to make a statement it will be expensive!

We are doing something very similar.

Our florist quoted us $10/foot for greenery and depending on flowers added the price would go up. Total cost of wedding flowers is $1800 in Asheville, NC.

Other florists quoted us $4300 and $5700 for the same thing..... it really depends on the person and area.

ETA: our florist is a part of an event planning boutique. Since we booked our event planner, catering, bar tenders and flowers through the same group we got a 25% discount on all services.

I'm going to say upwards of $5,000 to truly get all that you described with excellent quality. I spent $520 on two round (not unruly) bridal bouquets and an arbor.

I would say $4,000 and up, the frosted greens in the bouquet are one of the more expensive floral add ons believe it or not (at least here in NY).

We are paying 1K for 3 bouquets, arch for the ceremony, 2 royal tables for 50 guest, our table, cake, cake table, and gifts table. The cost will depend on the type of flowers. We are going for all white and blush roses.

Ours will be about $2500 which is pretty much what I expected. I have 4 bridesmaids and myself, and then the decor. We also have a ton of greenery.
