b list invitation

Unfortunately there's no way to sort the list like this. I recommend only entering the names of people you are SURE you're inviting, and maybe list your B list in a word doc or a piece of paper to keep to yourself until you add them officially.

We already knew that some of my family might not make it to the wedding (niece is having her first child and can't fly down that close to her due date) so we did create a back-up list of people we would like to invite. (I'm aware this is often frowned upon but knowing my family probably couldn't make it already left us an opportunity to add more people we really wanted there to begin with) We had it written down so when my sister and both nieces responded no, I added them to the website like any other guest. We also sent our invitations out early enough that the additional invites could be mailed in a reasonable amount of time. I hope that helps you.

I wouldn't do B-list on your website!

Hi Bryanne! The A and B list option within the guest list is only visible on the back end, your guests will not see that information! Any guests, regardless of list, that are within the guest list of an event will be returned in the RSVP tool for that event.
