bab - Back and Bacheloretted!

My mom and MOH (my sister) planned a wonderful bachelorette party at my Aunt and Uncle’s vacation home in Palm Springs for me and my 6 bridesmaids . The weekend started on Friday - I took the day off got my nails done and packed up my car. I picked my mom up from work and we headed out to Palm Springs. We arrived at the house around 3:30 pm, my sister had driven out the night before to get the house set up! We started decorating right away, my mom had bought so many decorations from Target over the last few months! Around 7 pm everyone else started to arrive, we had welcome drinks, swam in the pool, and danced to Lizzo! We ordered pizza and wings for dinner. Late night we had a chick flick movie night and watched Wine Country on Netflix. It is so us in 25 years.

Saturday we got up and made breakfast, pancakes and eggs, and got to work decorating our sashes for our night out. We lounged around the house all day watching movies and hanging out. It was too hot outside to do anything else (105*F). Around 5 we all got ready for our night out, dinner and a drag show at Oscar’s Cabaret. It was amazing! We all had such a great time! The food was fantastic the show was everything and more, we were singing along to “Madonna”, “Bette Midler”, “Barbra Streisand” and “Lady Gaga”. All the Brides to Be got the spotlight to show off their rings and be judged by the Emcee. It was all in good fun and I was deemed the “winner”. My FH did good! We came home that night and just hung out as old friends playing “Never Have I Ever”.

Sunday morning we got up early had a quick breakfast and cleaned up the house. Everyone hit the road before noon. It was an amazing weekend I will never forget, I am so lucky to have these girls in my life for the last 15+ years.
