Currently searching for a affordable baby shower venue for my sister in the North/Central Jersey area. Around 40 people. We are trying to keep the price at 25pp. Posting here because I would also keep the suggestions in mind for my bridal shower- which would probably be more people, but I would like to keep it around the same price per person. Thanks!!

Try local American Legions, VFW's or Knights of Columbus halls. They are usually very nice and inexpensive too

Huntley Taverne in Summit, NJ is where I had my bridal shower. They were amazing to work with (according to my sister who planned it) and everyone raves about the food and how pretty the room was!

Thank you all for the suggestions! We ended up going with Cafe Gallo in Edison for the baby shower (affordable and pretty room, but I wouldn't recommend as they were chinsy with portions served family style and not attentive when trying to plan the event). And we went with Stagehouse in Mountainside for my upcoming shower. They have a nice big space and are very affordable. Crossing fingers the event turns out great!
