My bachelorette was this weekend. Started off on a super high note at brunch, bottomless mimosas were amazing & everyone was having a great time. The next hour or two we were walking around town looking at shops, going in bars, super fun! Then 2 of the girls went to decorate the hotel. The other 3 of us got super sleepy lying around so the vibes were kind of low but not bad. We got to the hotel, things were looking up until we tried to go to the pool and deep hot tub (the main reason we even got a hotel) and it was closed because some kid threw up in it. The hot tub and pool have separate systems but they still wouldn’t let us get in the hot tub.
So everyone was pretty bummed and the vibe was just really killed off. We kept trying to revive things, we were drinking but nobody was even getting super tipsy because the vibes were just weird!!!! Then one of the girls got in a really bad mood because her boyfriend was out late when they had to leave early in the morning for a long drive. So she was sitting in the corner on her phone visibly annoyed and upset and it was basically dead from there
. I’m not upset at anyone I’m just so disappointed because I imagined this being soooo fun and crazy and it just wasn’t happening. We have friday night casual get togethers that are WAY more fun and crazy than my own bachelorette was!!!! I just can’t help but be so let down and upset that the night went like that, I just want to go back in time but obviously I know I can’t. Now I’m feeling down about everything.
