My MOH decided I need to have a Bachelorette party, along with my shower. I know I should be excited, but quit frankly I'm afraid it will just be a disappointment. Though my sister worked so hard on all the food for my shower and it was beautiful, no one else cared.

If I start caring about the Bach party I'm going to be disappointed when no one else cares.

My BM don't have any money- there is no way they can afford to come, let alone pay for, my Bachelorette party. We were originally thinking pole dancing classes or a burlesque show, but those all cost $30-50. The only way my BM could come is if it is no more then maybe $10. And I am more then willing to pay my own way.

Anyone have fun, cheap ideas that are still sort of Back party like?

Karaoke is my go to for a cheap fun time. Or if thats not your cup'o'tea do a pampering night at someones house do diy facials her are some examples http://beauty.about.com/od/skinflaws/a/facemasks.htm, give eachother mani pedi's and do goofy girly stuff that you probably haven't done since highschool, I.E. play truth or dare, watch rom-coms, play silly drinking games like everytime some one says wedding they have to take a drink of whatever beverage they have. Make it light hearted and fun.

I like the camping idea. I went to a camping b-party weekend and that was a blast. People carpooled, shared tents, hiked during the day and pooled the beer/hot dog/marshmallow money for campfire dinners at night.

I think the slumber party sounds really fun too, even if you're in a cramped apartment. Those girls nights where you kinda relive the good old days (aka cramped apartment, pjs, prank calls to your friends, sleeping on the floor) are always my favorite. Smiley smile

A scavenger hunt!!! It can basically be free....you can split up into pairs or something (Depending on how many girls there are) and it's anywhere from get a picture of you being "arrested" to grab somebody's half consumed bottle of soda...they are actually a TON of fun, and then you can put all the pictures together and you get some great pics out of it!

A night in is always good. If you aren't into adult toys, there are companies (beauty control comes to mind, but only because my MOH's mom is a rep) that will come in and do samples. It's the same thing, don't have to buy, but if you find something you like, they can buy it for you or they can get something for themselves. You can always kick your dad out for the evening (enlist the help of your FH for a guys night) Another idea is to do an activity that you like or a place that you go regularly. For one of my friends, we went to play pool. You can all pitch in for a couple of tables, and the guys usually buy you drinks once they find out it is a bachelorette party (for those that drink).

I just had mine at a local pizza joint. I like the idea of a slumber party or a night in. If you look online for home made scrubs and whatnot.. they are easy to make and cheap and usually are better than the salon!

If you can't do a night in then maybe getting dinner somewhere cheap (pizza, chinese) and do a scavenger hunt.

If you decide to do a night in I would probably skip the sales "party". It may be free but it seems a bit odd to do when you have many people attending that can't even spend more than $10. But then again I am bias and hate those kind of "parties".

Rachel, great idea! You could make a photo album out of it, and, if you have the money or time, give them to the BMs as part of the BM gifts!

    Ideas:

    1) camping overnight with plenty of smore and drinks for all

    2) casino (free drinks while on game floor and penny slots)

    3) slumber party (a toy party with drinks...there are games and prizes)
