I’ve chosen to go to Vegas for my bachelorette party next year in May 2022 and my MOH is helping pick/plan the whole thing with input on where I want to go (she’s amazing!!) and she really wants to stay at the Cosmo and the penthouse pricing was wayyyyy out of budget and so we thought getting a few normal rooms to share would be the best way to go. It’ll be about $500 per person for 4 nights (not per night) and we think that’s pretty good! She just mentioned to me that 2 of the girls probably wouldn’t be able to afford because they’ll be in grad school (there’s 10 total invited) and she’s gonna reach out to the group to see what everyone thinks of the cost after she adds in the other stuff we want to do. I feel bad knowing some people won’t be able to afford it and I’m not sure if that’s normal or if we should try to plan something that everyone can afford. I also don’t want to add on extra stress, and I was wondering what y’all’s thoughts were on this matter?

Vegas gets pricy very quickly! Most hotels on the strip also have resort fees on top of the cost of the room, and these are typically between $35-50 per night. Food and drinks are also very pricy. My best friend and I took a girls trip to Vegas last month for 2 nights, and with flights, hotels, and food/drinks/entertainment, we easily spent $1000 each and didn’t even go to restaurants or clubs!

Good to know! What hotel did y’all stay at? What things would you recommend doing while there?
