Bachelorette Party Help!

K, on May 10, 2020 at 11:25 AM Posted in Parties and Events 1 3
I need some advice on bachelorette party ideas! I am getting married 8/28/20 (still on as of now), but am worried about the places we’ll be able to go for a party and how it will look. It looks like I will only have about 6 girls total invited to my bachelorette party (bridesmaids plus a friend or two). I wish I could have more (like 10-15), but I just don’t have that many good friends I’d want to invite. I don’t want it to be an awkward bachelorette party or make people feel like it’s dragging on. The other issue is that no one invited to the bachelorette party is friends/knows each other very well. Each person is a friend from a different part of my life (sister, college friend, high school bestie, SIL, coworker), and they’ve just never interacted together much. I don’t want it to be weird but I don’t know what to do. Smiley sad Help!

With everything going on, my guess is that you are going to have very limited options. I don't think it matters as much if they know each other or not. I'm sure they could find things to talk about. We went out to dinner and bowling for my bachelorette party, but right now that isn't an option.

I don’t think it really matters if you have 6 versus 12 girls there. It’s also ok they don’t know each other because often times bridal party members don’t know each other. I would say have activities you wanna do that people could mingle and relax too and that are light hearted

6 people is still a good sized group! What about a paint and sip night? 🎨🍷

It will definitely depend on what's open and how things look then, but I think staying local and low-key is a safe plan! Does anyone have a big yard or house you could use as a backup location for an at home celebration? I'd go for some silly games and a fun theme night of tacos and margs or smores and espresso martinis!
