Bachelorette Party Ideas

Shelby, on June 13, 2019 at 12:07 PM Posted in Parties and Events 0 8
Hi everyone!

I’m looking for a few suggestions on bachelorette party ideas for those have have a more non-intoxicated night planned (very different from anything I’ve been to). I’m the MOH in a friend’s wedding, alongside a BM that is 6.5 months pregnant and a BM that is under 21.

My initial thoughts are a spa day, an escape room, dinner somewhere fun (maybe Dave & Busters?), and then back to the hotel and out to brunch the next morning... or something along those lines.

I just want to make sure it is a fun time for everyone (especially the bride) without making anyone feel left out

I think so too! I’m trying to contact a few places for pricing and packages to make sure it’ll be affordable enough for everyone

Spa day sounds fun! You could also do a spa night at home with movies & good takeout food. Bowling? Hiking? Camping? Paint & sip class (optional to drink)? Cooking class? Axe throwing? Laser tag? Sign painting class? Bouquet making class? Dance club (18+)? Hotel overnight weekend, relax by the pool? Lake or beach or river day? Drag show?

I would really love to have a brunch and spa day for my bachelorette party. I’m not big into the night life outside of Netflix and my couch. Something relaxing and chill just sounds so much more appealing to me! A night out drinking would have been a blast 10 years ago, but I’m just not into that scene anymore.

We’re doing a spa day for mine! Going to relax/get pampered all day then go to the nearby casino at night for dinner/bars/etc. so I think it works with everyone’s interests/personalities and it’s a fun mix of different things.

That's what I am doing! We are doing my lingerie shower Saturday afternoon, then the bridal party is going out to dinner. One of my MOH's isn't of age, so she won't order a drink with dinner but we aren't going to a bar so it won't really matter. After that, we are heading to a hotel where we can swim then watch a movie and eat snacks. In the morning, we plan on doing face masks, nails, and just and all around DIY spa day before going out to brunch (or maybe we will make brunch, it's undecided but we have until August 4th to decide) and that's it! Our ages range from 19-27 so I think it'll be something enjoyed by everyone.

I love the spa day idea! I didn’t want to do a traditional bachelorette party (and besides, my MOH/sister wouldn’t have been able to come because she’s underage), so my MOH/sister planned a nice lunch at a tea house. I love tea, so it felt special because she picked a unique place that showed she was really thinking about my personality & preferences. As long as you choose a bachelorette party centered around the bride’s personal tastes, everyone will have a great time. Smiley smile

A ladies day sounds great. A spa date, a tea room, a nice dinner all sounds like it would work to suit all of your attendees.
