Lots of sunscreen, like you said, and I'd consider spending a lot of time under an umbrella.

My wedding is on the beach and we're getting there five days early. It's gonna kill me, but I'm going to do my best to stay out of the sun.

I am planning on getting a few one pieces this summer with completely open backs! I love hanging out by the pool, going to the lake, and have a few trips planned and I’m not getting married until August so staying out of the sun wasn’t an option for me.

Juuuust bought a strapless bathing suit to try and avoid this. Following, though, in the event that I do get 'em... I'll have time to try and cover them (wedding in Nov) but I tan easily and it stays for a long time.

Strapless isn't my problem it's the back I guess if I lay on my stomach I'll just untie it, duh! haha

So it’ll be tacky but i’d wear a coverup but then you’d worry about your arms 😐. i know it’s bad for you but i’ve been tanning for mine, just some 6 minute sessions since i’m never in the sun and didn’t want to risk a line also.
