Bachelorette Party

Carley, on July 7, 2020 at 10:55 PM Posted in Texas Planning 0 9

What are you doing for your upcoming bachelorette party?

Trying to figure out my options with planning the party. None of us are really into drinking, so a bar outing wasn't on the table to begin with. We were more interested in having a spa day sort of thing. However, looking for other ideas given the current COVID situation.

High Tea might also be an option for you to consider?

We're going away for the weekend for mine to wine country for a relaxing but very drunken weekend!

Another option if you want a night out on the town that doesn't involve much drinking is to perhaps do a burlesque class and then go out to dinner. I do lyra (aerial hoop) and my studio offer burlesque classes and do bachelorette classes, it's a fun way to bring a little sexy and female empowerment to the evening without going too overboard.

We’ve thrown around ideas like an Airbnb with a nice pool to have a house/pool party or an Airbnb on the beach. Also a camping trip is an option I liked. All quarantine and social distancing friendly.

We're doing a good old fashioned sleepover. We are ordering pizzas, karaoke, movies, games....just a relaxing night hanging out with my nearest and dearest.

I like Jodies idea about the sleep over. I have also thought about doing a paint and sip class or even just putting on a Bob Ross video and trying to paint along in a group.

You could rent a house and have an at home spa day & a movie night, and get a nice meal catered in? Or you could do one of those painting classes, or a cooking class. If you're outdoorsy, you could always do something like a group yoga class and a hike, or go camping too.
