Bachelorette Party

I had no say besides picking the date. I actually didn’t even know where I was going so my girls took care of even what I was wearing and directing me what to bring or not. I didn’t find out until 30 minutes before landing! They had me blindfolded and with AirPods at the airport and thru security and all. It was very fun to have someone take care of it all!

My MOH is taking the reins on planning and we've talked about where I would want to go since we're going to do a weekend away. I don't know how much she'll ask me versus keep secret once she starts planning details though with her I could see her going either way

My Maid of honor is my little sister, she’s only 20 so I had to help plan a little.

I let my MOHs know what I did and didn’t want. I trust that they’ll take over from there lol

I just let my MOH know what I do and dont like. And collaborated on places that would be fun for all of us.

I had no involvement in any of it. They insisted on it being a surprise.

I told my Matron & Maid of Honor a weekend that worked for me, the location I wanted to go to (Atlanta), and told them I wanted to do aerial yoga for one of the activities, but that's it! They're taking care of the rest. I started researching things (because I'm such a planner), but they told me to leave all the bachelorette stuff to them and focus on the wedding.

I'm just about the complete opposite from your situation. Haha I have completely planned my bachelorette party myself. My sister/matron of honor lives in Texas and has two children so her life is crazy enough. My best friend/matron of honor lives about 2 hours away, but is in dental school so she has a lot on her plate too. My two other bridesmaids are my cousins and they live in Michigan so they aren't familiar with Colorado which is where I live and where my bachelorette party is going to be. I don't mind planning it myself because I love planning events. I do keep them all in the loop and ask them for their opinions and what not.

My MOH (best friend) is taking the lead on this. I've known here since we were 4...she did ask if I wanted to go away and I said, you better believe it...passport is up to date and ready to be used. I love the surprise of it all. PP Yoice's experience is amazing...blindfolded at the airport thru security...awesome!

I worked with my MOH picking my date, and choosing to do it in the city she lived in. After that she did all the planning. It was SO much fun. I am a control freak, but it was really nice being surprised and feeling like she (and all my friends that went) put so much work into making me feel so loved!
