I had the BEST bachelorette weekend. My Matron of Honor planned a super fun and relaxing weekend at a beach cottage in Deal Island, MD. It was from Friday 6/7 - Monday 6/10. We had good food, good drinks, and good times. We sun bathed, fished, and kayaked. I received some cute and thoughtful gifts. My Matron of Honor gave everyone welcome bags that included: chocolates, sunscreen, lotion, chap stick, and excedrin. There were no "activities" planned, which was great...because the entire trip was fairly inexpensive. For the most part, we all stayed at the cottage the entire weekend. I couldn't of asked for anything better! Out of the 11 women I invited, 8 were able to attend. The attendees were: my mother, god mother, Matron of Honor, 2 (out of 3) bridesmaids, and 3 good friends.
