Guys! I am about 1 week away from My bachelorette weekend! I am so excited! When are you getting married and when is your bachelorette weekend (if you are doing one)?

My Moh, mom, sister, Sister in law and 2 best friends and I all rented a beach house in Fort Myers! We will get there Friday (sister and sister in law flying in from New York) around 4 to check in. Meet at the house and get unpacked then head out to dinner. After dinner we will come back to the house and hangout for the night. Saturday we will wake up, do breakfast and then walk across to the beach (literally right across the street from the beach). After spending a day in the sun we will head back for dinner then go hit the bars for the night! I am so excited!

Currently i work 44 hours a week at my normal job and then pick up about 12 additional hours a week for bartending so this will be a nice vacation... hopefully weather works with us its been pretty crappy here in FL lately!

check out my new bathing suit and beach cover up I bought for the weekend (and will be used for my honeymoon as well). When I say bringing my sister with me in the caption for bikini my sister passed away in January after committing suicide. Since then my family has taken on this sunflower obsession and whenever we have sunflowers we always say its us bringing her with us in our adventures.

I only have three of 5 bridesmaids going but I also have my god sister and god mother going, the best man and his husband (he lives in ca and won’t make it ourt for my fh bachelor party so he’s crashing lol) as well as two girls I consider My second sisters (my sister (moh) friends that I have watched as they all grew up) and then one old coworker I am super close with who was super interested so I told her why not join. I am excited because it will be a big group going.

The sunflower story is so sweet, I’m glad you have a way to bring your sister along with you!

I’m getting married August 31st, but my bridesmaid is flying in from Japan for the wedding so I’m having a bachelorette with my two girls the 26th and 27th. We have a cabin we’re staying in but other than that, it’s pretty much a surprise to me.
I know we’re planning on floating the river, and I think the San Antonio riverwalk was an option too. I’m sure whatever my MOH comes up with will be great!

I already had a “party” night with some of my coworkers and it was great!

Thats fun i only have 3 bridesmaids out of 5 as well plus my mom and sister in law (brothers wife) coming. I invited a bunch of other friends but like I said no one could commit

Thank you, my family has just kind of adopted it and its stuck since January. My other sister has a sunflower romper shes bringing!
That sounds exciting and fun I will have another like girls day before the wedding for my out of state bridesmaids and other sisters that couldn't fly into town for this party. It will be the Friday before my wedding and we will just do breweries for the day and what not.

Let me just say that I love your bathing suit! Bringing your sister with you is such a great way to honor and remember her! I bet you she would love it! ❤️ It sounds like you are all going to have a fabulous time at the beach for your bachelorette!! I’m not sure what we’re going to do yet. I mentioned something about maybe doing popcorn and movies at the apartment and having some wine or something, but I don’t know. FH and I live together and so we may end up going someplace else. Definitely want to keep it a little more low key, though. Nothing super crazy!

I love the suit to honor your sister! My bach weekend is in three weeks to San Diego! I helped pick the hotel and was asked to suggest a few restaurants or things to do (looked on Yelp) but otherwise the itinerary is a surprise so I don't know what they actually picked! 4/5 of my bridesmaids are coming and one other friend was able to make it. I was originally hoping for a house for all of us but the price wasn't working out so we got a hotel with two attached rooms so it's like one big room! I am SO excited!

We are doing a bachelorette weekend in San Antonio, Texas. My wedding is based on Philadelphia Eagles colors. We will be wearing tutu skirts, bicycle shorts under, body suits, knee high socks, and black shoes... preferably tennis shoes. The girls can put the black stripes on checks like football players and get creative. The shirts will have sayings such as one last play before the big day, most valuable bridesmaid, and tailgate and celebrate! I felt this was different and the destination has a lot of walking to bar hop so not wanting to so heels!
