It seems odd she is quoting prices before she knows who is going, how can she know the split of things if she doesn't know how many people are going? I think it depends on the group, if they can cover the bride. My bridesmaids covered the house & some other stuff for me, but I paid for the entire dinner the first night, bought all the groceries, and made favors for everyone. I also bought my own flight & rental car, and drove 4 girls up to Palm Springs.

I agree with FutureMrsD about how would she even know the splits if she doesn't have confirmed who is going? Normally and from my experience the bride doesn't pay for room and travel. I have never had the bride pay for her drinks or food either. Maybe SOME food like lunch or if you pick up groceries. Idk this seems odd to me. Where are you going? I am planning my own and we are going to Vegas. I am paying my own flight and hotel portion because I picked it. I am also paying a portion for all the girls too. So while it would be nice for them to buy me drinks and food I am not expecting it. I think they know, since most have been bridesmaids before that it's a nice gesture.
