Unfortunately there is no way to *hide* it per say, but if it's a corset back, you could tie it a little loosely. That may help.

You don't. You just kinda spread it out to the point where it looks like an even muffin top rather than back butt. In the meantime, you can eat right and exercise. That's what I'm trying to do.

I've been working out and watching my diet to combat my back fat. There are exercises you can do to tone up your back

I wound up with backfat. There's a point in my wedding video where it actually...RIPPLES. Oy.

Girls,do you think if I get it altered to more of a "V" shape in the back that it would help?

No, back fat is back fat. It doesn't just stick to you at the top. It's everywhere. Just start lifting weights and eating right. The weights will NOT bulk you up, but will make you leaner.

I've heard other brides say that having it's altered to a v in the back helps a lot.

I'm agree with the others, that your back looks like a back, not a butt.

Altering it to a V does help a lot.

Thank you, girls! I think just so I can be more confidant and comfortable, I'm still going to consider a V, unless, I miraculously lose the back fat.

Diet and exercise. Alterations are not going to do what you are hoping for... You still have plenty of time!
