I just ordered an adhesive bra from amazon. Does it work, i don't know but the reviews seem to be good. I was going to get boob tape but i don't like how the breast were still separated. My dress already has cups, but even though i am small, i am very blessed on top lol. I am sending you the link and see if you want to try it out.

I have used the adhesive sticky bras that you cinch up in the front and I have used the adhesive ones with just the clip in the front. I did not care for either. I found that once I started to sweat at all the edges were coming undone. I'm not big chested at all- small 34C. I did think about applying deodorant or baby powder if I ever had to use one again.

I had thin liner cups sewn into my corset top with boning...I don't know why they say you can't do that. I also used to make corsets and clothing and you can certainly put cups in. Since the seams are already there, it's not like it would be disrupting the lines of the dress. Here's a pic of mine with cups
