Backyard covid wedding Oct

We are planning a small, low-key DIY wedding in our backyard (in Georgia) on October 24 of this year. We’ve invited 27 guests, will have a very short ceremony (standing) followed by an informal dinner of pizza and drinks with toasts, and dances on the deck. My amazing matron of honor has volunteered to serve the pizza (masked and gloved) in order to limit handling of shared utensils and food and periodically sanitize the bathroom. I plan to have baskets with masks and hand sanitizer around as well. What other COVID precautions should I take?

I think you have a good plan and unfortunately I don’t think there’s really anything else you can do. I’m sure your backyard wedding will turn out beautiful!

My sister showed me this great thing which we plan on doing for our 50 person backyard wedding. It makes people feel comfortable so no one is in someone’s bubble if they don’t want and everyone is respectful of others boundaries

It sounds like you have a great plan! I'd also make sure you have any tables set up in a way that they're not too close to each other and maybe make a plan for when people go up to get food so they're not standing in line.
