Rent bathroom trailers, not tiny one person portalets.

Start the ceremony as late as possible to keep guests as cool as possible.

Provide a tent for shade and fans to circulate air.

Agree with Caytlyn about the bathrooms! Porta potties are the last thing people will want to use in their fancy dresses and suits (not sure what dress code you're going for). I'd also recommend having plenty of bug spray on hand for guests to use. One more thought--I went to a partially outdoor wedding last year and they had little baskets of plastic high-heel shoe protectors for female guests to take. This was something that I really appreciated as a guest!

Make sure you have plenty of chairs, rent a dance floor, and get plenty of ice!

Agree with the bathrooms and other advice. Have a solid backup plan for inclement weather (rainy, too hot, etc.). Make sure to communicate to guests what to expect so they can dress appropriately. I would also carefully calculate how much this will cost and compare to what you will get with an actual venue. You may not save enough money to make it worth all the extra stress.
