bam & a minimoon!

Our wedding was postponed indefinitely but we still got married on our wedding day, August 16th. 🤍 We’d been together for 8 years and didn’t want to wait any longer. Unfortunately, this meant we got married without any of our family there 😢 my MOH (who’s my best friend since birth literally) was there as a witness and took our pictures.


If you’ve seen my last post - my officiant DID end up bringing her fiancé 😅 I literally had to ask her to have him wait in the car. I still don’t feel married and reeeally can’t wait to have the day we envisioned and REALLY feel like a bride. I didn’t wear my dress, we saved our vows, couldn’t have my grandpa walk me down the aisle, we didn’t have our first dance, or the big party but we enjoyed a little intimate elopement with just the both of us and are so excited for the bigger celebration!!! 🤍
We went on a minimoon up the coast in Big Sur/Carmel/Monterey and left right before the fires started 😩 It was such a good time we just wish it lasted longer! I totally recommend eloping if you’re thinking about it - so stress free. But really looking forward to having the wedding day we originally planned with all our close friends and family.
