12.13.14 aka best. day. ever.

Things that went right:

We got married

We have pictures

We enjoyed every minute

Things we would have changed or done differently:

Having his mom there (she delayed a surgery & ended up having surgery the day before)

Remembering to wear my gun garter

Taking everything in more (ergo why pictures is in our 'right' section above lol)

Invited more people (more than 1/2 did not show up)

Not having the 'snooki' hair poof

Things that made the day more memorable:

BM forgetting the rings & our photographer getting my DH's face when they figured it out (then BM dropped the rings - photos of that too LOL)

DIY'ing almost everything - those keepsakes mean so much more

Random bikini photo shoot, where my DH's wife *me* ran up & took photos with them

    I LOVE that giant tree! was that your ceremony location? so gorgeous!

    congratulations! as long as "you got married" is in the "right" list, everything else is icing on the cake. Smiley smile i'm glad your day went so well!

    and don't feel bad about the guest count. i'm sure you were even more thankful for everyone that did make it. i know i was when over half of our guest list declined, as well. and honestly, i thought the smaller number was way better on the day of. we had such a great time without everyone else! lol. their loss. Smiley tongue

    ETA: i see the tree ceremony picture now. ... love it!

    We love the tree too! I told DH about it when we were first looking at locations, and he didn't believe how amazing the tree was. Then I showed him & WHAM, location done. Haha

    It's amazing how much pictures can just bring back all the memories & make it feel like it was yesterday. So grateful!
