    Hi Roxanne ~ welcome

Do you have the dimensions of the room?

Have you spoke with the venue? They did a map of the room set up with me 2 weeks before the wedding when I gave them my final head count.

You could try the seating chart tool here on ww to set up your room.

    or this site....

picture examples here... sorry, don't feel like cut&paste all the examples

Do you have a photo of the room your reception will be held in?

Do you know how much room the DJ needs and where the can plug in?

Are those doors going to be used? Where do they go?

    Buffet?

It looks like you will need 11 tables. Personally, I would angle the tables, rather than putting them in straight lines.

Also, I highly recommend linens that will go all the way to the floor. Banquet table legs are not attractive. ;-)

I don't know, that's an awful lot of people with their backs to the head table.

You seem to have the space (and a small enough guest list) that if you wanted to push two tables together to make a square and sit 10, you can try something like this.

I bet they would fit 12 to a table if you made a "square" - so it would be 1 less table and you can turn those ones near the dance floor and drop 1.

I do like that idea, Haley, putting two tables together and seating 12. I did that at an event I did last summer.
